Nuveloce Exotics – Terms of Service

Welcome to Nuveloce Exotics LLC (“NVE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or renting any vehicle through NVE, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or renting a vehicle, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or 25 for certain vehicles) and have a valid driver’s license. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Rental Eligibility

• Drivers must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.

• A security deposit is required before rental and will be refunded upon safe vehicle return.

• Background and driving record checks may be performed at NVE’s discretion.

• NVE reserves the right to decline or terminate rentals at any time.

3. Rental Terms

• Daily rental rates are subject to change without notice.

• Each rental includes a mileage allowance; additional miles are billed at the agreed rate.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level and condition as delivered.

• Any damage, excessive wear, or late returns may result in additional charges.

• Unauthorized use, reckless driving, racing, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Deposits

• Payment is due in full prior to the rental period unless otherwise approved.

• Deposits may be held for up to 7 business days post-rental for inspection and processing.

• Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in collection actions or legal recourse.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental start.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full charge.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions

Renters agree not to:

• Operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.

• Exceed local speed limits or participate in racing, track events, or burnouts.

• Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

• Use the vehicle for commercial purposes without NVE’s written consent.

7. Insurance & Liability

• Renters must maintain active auto liability insurance covering rental vehicles.

• NVE maintains commercial fleet insurance including non-owned and hired auto liability.

• In case of damage, loss, or accident, the renter is fully responsible for deductibles, repairs, and downtime as outlined in the rental agreement.

• NVE is not liable for any personal injury, lost items, or indirect damages.

8. Damage & Inspection Policy

• All vehicles undergo inspection before and after rentals.

• Any new dents, scratches, interior damage, or tire wear beyond normal use will be charged.

• Tampering with GPS trackers, dash cameras, or black boxes is strictly prohibited and may incur penalties or prosecution.

9. Content & Media Use

By renting a vehicle or attending an NVE event, you consent to the use of photos or videos for promotional and social media purposes. Renters may not use NVE’s name or branding for commercial promotion without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Collection

NVE respects your privacy. Personal and payment information is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. GPS data may be collected for vehicle tracking, safety, and operational purposes.

11. Modifications

NVE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
