DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
All rentals require a refundable security deposit prior to delivery or pickup.
Deposits may be paid via Zelle or Cash, and will be refunded within 24 hours of vehicle return following inspection.
Rental balances must be paid in full before keys are handed over.

• Valid driver’s license required
• Full coverage insurance policy required
• Security deposit required (amount varies by vehicle)
• 150 miles per day included — $8–$10 per extra mile
• No reckless driving, burnouts, or track use
• All traffic violations are renter’s responsibility
• Vehicles must be returned clean and refueled
• Additional drivers must be approved by NVE
• Delivery available within Central Ohio upon request
NVE reserves the right to refuse service to any individual based on driving record, insurance status, or behavior.

How do I rent a vehicle?
Complete our booking form or contact us directly to schedule your rental. Once your details are verified, we’ll confirm your reservation.
What’s required to rent?
You must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and full coverage insurance under your name.
How much is the security deposit?
Deposits vary by vehicle, typically between $1,000–$2,500. Deposits are fully refundable once the vehicle is returned and inspected.
How many miles are included?
Each rental includes 150 miles per day. Additional miles are billed at $8–$10 per mile depending on the vehicle.
Can I use my own insurance?
Yes. Full coverage insurance is required and must list you as the primary driver.
Do you deliver vehicles?
Yes. Delivery is available across Central Ohio by appointment. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
How do I pay?
We currently accept Zelle and cash payments for deposits and balances.
What happens if I return the car late or dirty?
Late returns are subject to hourly fees. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt or debris.
Can I drive under 21 or out of state?
Drivers under 21 are not permitted. Out-of-state rentals are considered case by case — contact NVE for approval.
