How do I rent a vehicle?
Complete our booking form or contact us directly to schedule your rental. Once your details are verified, we’ll confirm your reservation.
What’s required to rent?
You must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and full coverage insurance under your name.
How much is the security deposit?
Deposits vary by vehicle, typically between $1,000–$2,500. Deposits are fully refundable once the vehicle is returned and inspected.
How many miles are included?
Each rental includes 150 miles per day. Additional miles are billed at $8–$10 per mile depending on the vehicle.
Can I use my own insurance?
Yes. Full coverage insurance is required and must list you as the primary driver.
Do you deliver vehicles?
Yes. Delivery is available across Central Ohio by appointment. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
How do I pay?
We currently accept Zelle and cash payments for deposits and balances.
What happens if I return the car late or dirty?
Late returns are subject to hourly fees. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt or debris.
Can I drive under 21 or out of state?
Drivers under 21 are not permitted. Out-of-state rentals are considered case by case — contact NVE for approval.
